Every room deserves an upgrade and that means your bathroom too. You don’t have to do much or spend a fortune to turn your bathroom from ordinary to extraordinary. I’ve come up with some helpful tips to to turn your bathroom into a mini oasis.
Ditch the Bathroom Mat
If you want to make your bathroom look fancy replace the bath mat with a Turkish or Persian rug. These rugs add personality to the room and make the bathroom look more upkept.
Upgrade to the Mirror
If you ask me, medicine cabinets are outdated and builder grade mirrors have no personality. One of the easiest things you can do to make your bathroom look better is by replacing Tahoe outdated and plain mirror with something unique and beautiful.
Don’t Settle When it Comes to Lighting

Organization and Storage Matters
It’s no secret that clutter can cheapen the look of a room but so can storage containers. When it comes to storage containers, especially those that are on display, aesthetic matters so pick ones that are equally beautiful and functional. I like to add woven storage bins and baskets to include texture and add a natural element to a bathroom.
Add Plants and Flowers
Bathrooms are often neglected when it comes to plants and flowers mainly because people usually don’t think to add them to a bathroom but you should. Flowers can easily brighten up the room and plants are a perfect way to make your bathroom feel like a private oasis. If you don’t have room for plants or flowers, you can do something simple like adding eucalyptus to the shower.
